Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This page explains how List-it handles your information when you join the waitlist on getlistit.app. List-it is currently a pre-launch project operated by Adrien Giros, based in Belgium. At this stage, the only information collected is the email address you choose to share.

Who is responsible for your data

The person responsible for the data collected through this site is Adrien Giros. For any question about your data or this policy, you can write to hello@getlistit.app.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We do not ask for your name, your location, or any other personal detail. If you reply to one of our emails, we also keep the content of that reply so we can answer you.

Why we collect it

Your email is used for one purpose: to keep you informed about List-it. That means occasional updates on the project and, when the time comes, an invitation to try the beta. We do not use your email for anything else.

What we do not do

Where your data is stored

Emails are collected and stored through Brevo, an email platform that acts as our processor. The site itself is hosted on Netlify. Both providers may process data on our behalf and apply their own security measures. Your email may be stored on servers located inside or outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it, or until the project is discontinued. You can withdraw at any time.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for its deletion, and to withdraw your consent at any moment. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also exercise any of these rights by writing to hello@getlistit.app, and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Changes to this policy

List-it is evolving. When the app launches with accounts and new features, this policy will be updated to reflect what changes. The date at the top will always tell you when the latest version took effect.
