These terms cover your use of getlistit.app at its current stage. Right now, List-it is a pre-launch project: a landing page where you can read about the idea and join a waitlist. The app itself is not available yet. These terms will be expanded when it launches.
List-it is an independent project operated by Adrien Giros, based in Belgium. It is a work in progress. The features described on this site reflect what is planned, and some details may change before launch.
By submitting your email, you ask to be kept informed about List-it and you agree to receive occasional updates and, eventually, an invitation to the beta. There is no cost and no obligation. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to hello@getlistit.app.
This site is provided as is. We do our best to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be online or free of errors. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta, a launch date, or any specific feature. Plans for an early product naturally shift.
The List-it name, the wordmark, the copy, and the design of this site belong to Adrien Giros. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
This site may mention or link to third party services as examples. We are not responsible for their content or their own terms and policies.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved amicably, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
